Guitar Lessons
Gavin has been taking guitar lessons for 3 or 4 months now and is doing very well. He has a great professor in music and has been encouraged to sing while playing. He is not real excited about singing.
He is practicing right now..I wish I knew how to record and post..(something else to learn). He is playing a piece composed by Mozart!! On the 25th of July he has his first concert ~

Oh how I remember those days with Mindy. We couldn't get her to stop singing.
As for learning how to record be a new thing to learn. That is so true I feel I am always having to learn how to do learn something on my computer let alone the remote for the TV.

So happy to see Gavin enjoying the guitar. Which we were there for the concert. As to the singing thing, it really should be up to Gavin. What type of guitar does he want in his future, playing & singing around a campfire for fun, just fooling around for himself or more serious music like Colin plays? As he progresses it will sort itself out. I wouldn't push the singing yet.
