I am back ~ I actually have been here...but I needed some time to catch up after the holidays and time to ponder.

My pondering time has allowed me time to realize how I wanted to proceed with ...things...Like this blog, life in Mexico and the medical retreats....overall how to caress all the things I like to do...keep it simple.....AND make a difference.  Not much, ehh??

The first thing I must do is to share with you the biggest thing going on right now around here AND its negative impact with many of the families. 
How does......"someone".... decide to stop all cruise ships from porting here  ~ The idea that Mazatlan is too violent for cruise ships to dock here for the day is absurd. 

To prove my point I will be investigating comparable cities in the US of A for the next week and will report, what was reported there and here for the day..."in the violence" category.

However, let us keep in mind a few things....things that happen in Mexico are NOT hidden, there is not a smoke screen happening.....In other words, in the states MANY things are not reported to the public (will discuss this another time)
SO, here in Mexico,  I will know what is happening as the media/"others" do not hide things..as for the states I will only be able to "report" what is allowed to be shared with the media.

As you can tell this will not be "fair" BUT I will bet that even with theses odds...that the violence will be much heavier state side.

I just feel like people should have the opportunity to keep things in perspective and not just "listen" to what the media says...
