This weekend has been full of ...lemons or yellow limes,,,are limes that turn yellow , now lemons???

Well, one way or the other, I got poked, scratched and dirty, while lemon gathering. Four of us filled 4 , five gallon buckets of lemons and today we cleaned, halved, squeezed, measured and poured this yummy juice into bags to freeze it for the year.

We LOVE limonada, fresh squeezed and for two or three days a year we go through this process, so that we can enjoy organic, fresh (well kinda ....frozen fresh) drinks for the year!
