How Far Have You Gone?
Visited with a friend from my past today, last time I remember seeing her was back in JUNIOR high school!!
Of course, we shared stories and had a great time. Gavin and her son went swimming, along with Tiffany and Zavier after a delicious BBQ for lunch.
Teresa was sharing with me a story about one of her daughters and how she is innocently naive. When she was 14 she had a slumber party, most of her friends were a few years older than her and Teresa was a bit concerned about "topics" of conversation. At one point that night she heard them talking about relationships and "how far" they have gone with a boy!
Her daughter had made the comment in a shocked kinda way "Oh!! ....When my parents were dating they drove all the way to Denver together!!!"
Sometimes...you just gotta laugh
and then be completely grateful your child is still a child!
